To make a request:
At the top left hand corner of the screen click "My Account,"then choose "Reservations" from the drop-down menu. You will have multiple options
Student Organizations will have up to 4 options:
Meetings
Student Events
Complex Events (only once Complex Event Training has been completed)
Publicity and Information Tables
Once you have completed the form, including any services/equipment needed,and clicked "submit," your request will be submitted toMERAfor approval.Remember, after submitting your space request it is your responsibility to log intoMERA and check on the status of your reservation. To do so, click on "Reservations," then "View my Requests."
PLEASE NOTE: Your request is not a processed reservation until you receive a Facility Use Agreement from USC&A.
Check calendar of events
In the top left hand corner of the screen, click on "Browse" then "Check for Events.confirmed events in various calendar formats.
Check for space availability
In the top left hand corner of the screen, click on "Browse" then "Check for Space" You will be able to see if a specific space might be available before submitting a reservation request form!
